Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on the 14th of March 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A. The 2016 Olympics took place at Rio de Janeiro and Biles became the U.S.'s the first gymnast of female gender ever to win 4 gold medals. Biles also took home the world title for all-around 3 times in succession (2013-15). Biles as well as her younger sister Adria, who were adopted by Ronald Biles as well as Nellie Biles the grandparents of Spring Texas (in the Houston region), grew up there. Simone started to develop an interest in gymnastics when she was an infant during a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach for the next eleven years. Biles took home a gold medal for floor exercises and also a bronze in vault at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010, before advancing to the top level of competition in 2011. She was the most dominant in her sport within a mere two years.
