Coleman is from Lancashire. She went to Arnold School Blackpool as head girl. She also scored all As for her A level examinations. Moffat chose her for the role due to her ability to work the best alongside Smith and was able to talk more quickly than him. The latter gave Eva two nominations for a Daytime Emmy. Additionally, she was able to showcase her creativity by performing music. Eva isn't just an actress, she is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. Three times married, she has a daughter who is along with her husband.
